3-Easy steps to wear the belly button:

2. Use the post-op the belly button plug only after stitches were removed, and the skin looks healed. If you had incision open around the belly button please avoid using it
3. Use it everyday for the time you consider necessary until you feel you need to rest from it. and after it repeat it again, some patients use them for 6 hours to 8 at day, but it depends on how comfortable you feel.
