HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Step 1: Find your order number
Your order number is your package's identification. It’s a unique identifier that allows you to track your package from the time it leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your doorstep. Look for an email or a confirmation text with your order number.
Step 2: Visit "Track your order" and provide the information requested (Order number and Email or Phone number OR Tracking number

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 in the U.S
We also offer the following shipping options available in the U.S.

Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via USPS/UPS

Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via USPS/UPS

Express - All orders received after 3:00 p.m ET. Processing begins the next day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS. (All orders received after 3:00 p.m EST take one additional day to be delivered.)

Priority - All orders received after 3:00 p.m ET. Processing begins the next day. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS. (Priority Mail Express: No Sundays delivery.)

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Orders will NOT be processed during weekends or Federal Holidays (Third party carrier companies do not work on those days)

No orders will be shipped on holidays. Saturday is not a business day so there is NOT delivery service

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select USPS service.

We offer premium international shipping with tracking service via UPS to most countries or Unites States Postal Service
*We are NOT responsible for import duties since each country has its own policies. Our shipping times are guaranteed, however local customs office in your country can cause delays in the delivery of your order.
Disclaimer: Shipping fee ranges from $9.00 (USD) to $12.00 (USD) depending on your location and product/s purchased. Final shipping fee will be automatically added to the total cost of your order and will be displayed during checkout.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Once your order is processed, you cannot cancel or change your shipping address.
DELAYED DELIVERY
There are some possible cases where delays occur:
Holidays – A sudden or unexpected increase in delivery volume is most common during the holiday season. Simply follow up with your local post office to track down your package.
Weather conditions – Bad weather can slow down the transit and cause a delay. Please keep track of your order.
Return to sender, Insufficient Address, Failed delivery attempts – Couriers make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your package. Contact the courier or shipping provider ASAP -- they’ll usually resend your package the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their offices. If it is returned to us, simply CONTACT US, so we can resend it.
Custom Clearance – Your tracking status will be updated after your package has been cleared and released. For more information about your delivery, you can also contact your local post office or delivery service provider.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note, THE PINK ROOM is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
After the order is placed shipping fees are NOT refundable. Those fees are charged by the carrier which is a third party company. So, shipping fees are NOT refundable.
If your order is marked as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact the carrier customer service.
