Here you will find information regarding wholesalers, if you are interested please fill out THIS FORM and reply with it to this email address. Also attached to this email, you will find out catalog and price list for wholesalers. We look forward to working with you. 

 
MINIMUM ORDER 
Our minimum first order is 12 pieces after it, you can place orders of any amount. We can process orders of up to 5000 pieces.

After we receive an order, it takes us between 24 and 48 hours to process. Orders are processed from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on business days.

A valid tax number must be on file to order, if you are paying with credit card you should sign the credit card authorization before we can process your payment, every credit card number should have their own credit card authorization.

SIMPLE RETURN POLICY
Wholesale returns are only processed for manufacturer defects, and products purchased from The Pink Room Wholesalers. Once you receive your product you have 10 days business days from the date of your shipment arrive. Once you receive the products, they must be inspected within the following 24 hours, and proceed to notify us immediately if you have any manufacturer defect. The products will be received as long as they are in its original package and condition. Just indicate the reason for the return and include the original receipt or packing slip. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, only if the return is a result of our error.
