📦 60-Day Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


đźš« Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Personal care and beauty products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale and clearance items.
  • Items marked as non-refundable.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

For hygiene reasons, panties and any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas or the breast area, including adhesive bras, cannot be returned.


🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for online purchases only.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Please note that only one exchange is permitted per original purchase.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet all return eligibility requirements, including being unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in brand-new condition.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be free from odors, stains, makeup, perfume, lotions, deodorants, oils, powders, or any other marks.
  • Items must not contain scratches, tears, alterations, or physical damage.
  • Original packaging must be included.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a product quality issue, return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
  • International shipping fees are non-refundable.

đź§µ Garment Care During Fitting

To maintain eligibility for returns and exchanges, we recommend:

  • Removing jewelry before trying on garments.
  • Avoiding contact with sharp objects or fingernails that could damage delicate fabrics.
  • Wearing underwear when trying on garments.
  • Avoiding makeup, perfume, lotions, oils, powders, and beauty products while fitting garments.
  • Protecting garments from any post-surgical treatments or medical products that could cause staining.

📝 Return & Exchange Procedure

To request a return or exchange, please complete our Return & Exchange Form.

After submitting the form:

  1. Print or complete the Return & Exchange Form.
  2. Include the form inside your return package.
  3. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  4. If requesting an exchange, specify the desired item, color, and size.
  5. Ship the package to the return address provided.

Returns or exchanges received without a valid Return & Exchange Form may be denied.


⏱ Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after we receive your package.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been reviewed and processed.


🌦 Shipping Delays

Please note that severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays beyond our control.
