60-Day Return Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All return requests must be submitted through our online return portal on our website.

Items returned without completing the return process through our website first will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or receipt.
Once your request is submitted through the return portal, our team will review it and provide the next steps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please submit a request through our online return portal as soon as possible so our team can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Photos may be required to review damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Personal care and beauty products.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale and clearance items.
- Items marked as non-refundable.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
For hygiene reasons, panties and any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas or the breast area, including adhesive bras, cannot be returned.
Items that show signs of wear, use, stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, damage, missing tags, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
Store Credit for Size, Style, or Product Changes
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, style, color, or product, you must submit a return request through our online return portal.
Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, store credit will be issued for the eligible amount. You can then use your store credit to place a new order for the item you would like.
Please note:
- Store credit is issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- The new item must be purchased through a new order.
- Product availability is not guaranteed while your return is being processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Store credit cannot be converted into cash.
- Only one return or store credit request is permitted per original purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved or declined.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be declined and will not be eligible for refund or store credit.
